We continue to find ourselves living in extraordinary times. Everyone I know has experienced hard times at some point, individually, but as a whole nation, we are currently going through things that we didn’t expect to go through. Sadly, you may have voluntarily shut down your business, been made furloughed, working from home or, have found yourself out of work.
Worry, nervousness, and fear are common feelings regarding finances, at-risk family members, rising death rates, and the not knowing when – and if – things will go back to ‘normal’. It’s no surprise, therefore, that maintaining our personal health and well-being maybe taking a knock at the moment.
I want to let you know that I am here to support you in your self-care. If you are experiencing any pains due to working on inappropriate furniture, struggling with a lack of routine and structure or are feeling low, please do get in touch.
